Over more than two decades of steady progress, a Dargaville owned business, Harrison Contracting Limited, has proved that hard work and application to customers needs can build into a wide-ranging operation that has become a leading player in the Kaipara economy.
“We started out in business 25 years ago with just one digger, now the company employs 15 local people plus a civil engineer. From that first digger the firms yard down Station Road in the old Minstry of Works Depot is now the base for a wide range of specialized machinery which includes a stabilizing hoe for cement and lime stabilizing. ”
– Company director, Richard Harrison
